Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges ARE included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards through Paypal.
We only deliver within the mainland UK/Ireland at present (If you require international postage please email email@example.com We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail. If there is any delay in us sending your order out we will notify you as soon as possible via email.
Postage is a flat rate £2.60 for all orders.
You have the right to cancel your order within five working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
Information given by you to Random Button is for internal use only. We DO NOT sell, rent or transmit any personal information or e-mail address to other companies or organisations.
We store information when enquiries and requests are e-mailed to us, so that we can rapidlly respond electronically. We will not obtain information that will allow us to personally identify you when you visit our site, unless you chose to provide such information to us.
If you have provided your Credit card information as part of the online shopping process, it is obtained via secure server and is used only to process your payment.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
